Marina is an attorney specializing in Industrial and Intellectual Property, with training primarily in the areas of trademarks, designs, patents, and other IP rights through the Magister Lvcentinvs program at the University of Alicante (29th edition), after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Legal Practice at the University of Barcelona, as well as a postgraduate degree in Competition Law at Carlos III University in Madrid
She has gained experience working at both international law firms and specialized boutique firms, participating in the entire process of IP rights protection—from advising on strategy and registration to defending and enforcing those rights, including oppositions, invalidation proceedings, and expiration proceedings. She regularly handles national, European, and international cases, which has allowed him to gain a comprehensive and practical understanding of the management and protection of intellectual property assets. She is a native speaker of Spanish and Catalan, has advanced proficiency in English, and intermediate proficiency in French.
